How do you make your cookies?
I hand make all of the cookies from scratch and by hand from start to finish. I bake and package each cookie with care so that they make their way to their destination as lovingly as possible.

How many ounces are your cookies?
All of the cookies are 5 ounces each. The dough is weighed on a scale to make sure they are exactly 5 ounces.

Can the cookies be modified based on diet preferences or allergens?
At this time I am unable to accommodate dietary requests. The ingredients for each cookie is on the website. In the future I will have a gluten friendly option!

Do you ship?
Yes, to all 50 states through USPS.

Are the cookies nut free?
The cookies I have available right now are all nut free, except for one cookie, which is Hallie’s Heavenly Hazelnut. The ingredients for every cookie are on the website. Gloves are used during the whole baking and handling process for these cookies. The tables and equipment are sanitized after baking is complete for each batch.
7 Do the cookies come individually wrapped?
Yes, all of the cookies come individually wrapped. They come in heated sealed cellophane bags.

Do you sell locally?
Yes, I only take online orders, but I do offer local pickups in Greenwich, CT. Pick up days/times can be discussed via email at kmirabella0@gmail.com

What’s the return policy?
Kim’s Kookie Boutique cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Kim’s Kookie Boutique is not responsible for theft or damage to packages left outdoors resulting from a delivery where no one is able to receive the package.
